Integrated Subscribe/Unsubscribe Links
We build custom subscribe and unsubscribe pages for every client. Such pages touch the database, allowing users to automatically subscribe or unsubscribe directly and permanently from lists. Links to these pages are included at the top and the bottom of every mailer and are integrated into the site of every client.

List Management
Once we begin working with clients, we manage their subscriber list and every deployment. Under this working environment, we confirm the origin of and manually spot-check every list of new subscriber uploads. If a client knowingly submits addresses for upload of people have not asked to subscribe to their list, the client-relationship will be terminated. In addition to managing lists, we actively advise clients on the frequency of deployments.

Blacklisting
Once email addresses are unsubscribed, they are maintained in the system as blacklisted. If any new email lists are uploaded containing said addresses, they will not be subscribed again.

Privacy
Although newstracker.co.uk collects click-through and opens data from all of its mailer campaigns, it has a strict policy of revealing this information about subscribers and subscriber information only to the clients who own those specific lists. We do not disclose email or any personal information to any third parties.

Security
Newstracker.co.uk takes every precaution to protect users' information. All user-related information is restricted in our offices and through a secure client extranet. Only clients and employees who need the information to perform specific jobs are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.

Sharing with Advertisers
Some of our clients share aggregated demographic profiles with their partners and advertisers. All such information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Disclaimer
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us, our partners, sponsors, investors, or affiliates; (b) protect and defend our rights or property or those of our users; and (c) act as immediately necessary in order to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Notification of Changes
